DC....I'm comin' Back!

Frankadelics, Honeycombs and visitors of the livingroom,

I pray that everyone had a prosperous and "filling" Thanksgiving holiday. Anybody want to meet me at the gym? Y'all let me know when I get there! For those of you who can make it to Washington, DC. I'll be performing for a fund raiser at The Zanzibar on the Waterfront located at 700 Water St. S.W. on Wednesday December 14th. Tickets are $40.00 and all the proceeds benefit the production of the independant film "When Autumn Leaves" starring Ryan Sands of HBO's "The Wire". The goal of 2 twenty 2 Productions is to continue the legacy of independant film makers who made films outside of the Hollywood system with the aim of bringing compelling, high quality, artistic stories to the big screen. Please come out and support what I really believe is going to be great film in the near future.
Thank-you in advance for your support,
Frank McComb.
P.S. Product is ALWAYS available!!

Frank McComb Nominated For 2 Reader's Choice Awards! VOTE NOW!

Hello Everyone! We're very excited to announce the First Annual SoulTracks Readers Choice Awards!

This will be the largest awards event EVER dedicated to independent soul artists and CDs and we're proud to be bringing to you. VOTING SHOULD TAKE LESS THAN 2 MINUTES and can be done entirely online. To vote, simply find your geographic region below and click on the link next to it. You'll be taken to an online voting poll and can fill in your choices of the "best of the best" for 2005. To be eligible, an artist must be an "independent" (i.e., not on a major record label) and have released a full CD (not just an EP) in 2005 or in late 2004 and been chosen by us as among the 10 most noteworthy in the voting category.

Having a tough time making a decision? No problem. While you'll be allowed to vote on only one ballot, when you do vote you can choose up to three nominees in each category. We'll announce the winners in December. Good luck to all and thanks for participating!
